Election Schedule 2013
It has been approved at
the General Body meeting held on 23.11.2012 at Calicut University, Calicut,
Kerala to appoint Prof. P. Jeyachandran, as Election Officer to conduct
election of Governing Council and State convenors for InSPA for the period
01.04.2014 to 31.03.2016. The election schedule and process is follows:
As resolved by the members
of the Governing Council by online on 26th June 2013, the InSPA
election will be held as per the rules and regulations of the InSPA as detailed
below:
The election will be held
for the following Office bearers of InSPA for the period of three years on
postal/email ballot paper:
1. President
2. Vice-President
(Two)
3. Secretary
4. Joint
secretaries (Two)
5. Treasurer
6. State
Convenors
Schedule
1. List
of Members and election process publication
2. Filing
of nomination by post/email: 01st September, 2013
3. Closing
of nomination 15th September, 2013 at 5.00 p.m.
4. Screening
and withdrawal of nomination, if any 20th
September, 2013
5. The particulars of the contestants will be published
in the InSPA Newsletter (October 2013 Vol.4, No.3)
6. Election
Ballot paper will be sent by post/email if
contest is taking place
01st October, 2013
7. Last
date for return of ballot paper by
8. casting
of vote by post /email: 15th October, 2013 at 5.00pm
9. Results will be published by email to the members and
in the InSPA Newsletter (January, 2014 Vol. 5, No.1)
